**B2B Account Manager (Mobility Sales)**

**About the Job**

Reporting to the B2B Direct Sales Manager, a successful Account Manager will work with the team to ensure the customer experiences a streamlined and positive experience. This key position is one of the primary points of contact for our clients and focuses on assisting our clients to navigate their service needs. The Account Manager ensures proper escalations as required and manages the client’s technology needs and service expectations. By working closely with internal teams, the Account Manager will create a first-rate experience in all situations.

**As Account Manager, You Will**
- Build relationships with clients and team members and serve as a trusted point of contact.
- Promote and sell Mobility Solutions, Managed IT services, VoIP solutions, information technology offerings as well as Smart home/business security solutions.
- Meet with clients and internal Operations teams to understand IT objectives required by client partners.
- Provide timely and thorough responses and guidance to client requests.
- Advocate for your client during day-to-day operations, taking ownership of major incidences to ensure proper coordination of all relevant resources
- Maintain a deep knowledge of technology products and services applicable to the client base, including hardware, software and GBS Technologies services.
- Generating new business by following leads from Marketing, Social selling, direct sales, and prospecting.

**As Account Manager, You Have**
- Technical Business-to-Business (B2B) sales knowledge.
- Organized, efficient and focused on your targets, while maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to speak to executives, clients, and technical staff at their level.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
- 2+ years of successful sales experience in the IT industry preferred.
