The BPO, within the Performance and Business Intelligence portfolio, is accountable for integrated planning priorities that involve our Senior Team, Patient Care Services and enabling teams. This includes large-scale clinical initiatives, new clinical capacity, and initiatives that require the collaboration and planning across a multitude of enabling teams.

The role of
**Manager, Integrated Enterprise Planning**, reporting to the Director, Business Performance Office (BPO) and working in partnership with leaders and teams from Patient Care Services & Enabling areas, is responsible to lead, advise, coordinate, direct, and complete corporate analytics insights and/or planning that cross the enterprise. This position will provide innovative ideas, analysis, direction, and recommendations to EVP’s, VP’s, Directors and Managers on corporate performance and/or implementation plans. In addition, the Manager, Integrated Clinical Planning will be responsible for the oversight of direct reports to provide direction, mentorship and performance assessments. This includes:

- Lead integrated planning processes, including:

- Multi-Year Foundations of Excellence Planning
- Multi-Year PSC Capacity Planning
- Annual Operating Plan & Goals and Objectives processes
- Lead identification and alignment of short, medium, and long term provincial health and/or long-term care priorities with THP planning priorities. This includes developing strategic materials and proposals which clearly support THP’s capacity story through integrated planning insights. The Manager will work in close collaboration with Senior Team members and internal/external stakeholders (e.g. Ontario Health, MOH, etc.)
- In partnership with the Trillium HealthWorks Operational Readiness Team, lead integrated planning to prepare for future state M-Site and Q-Site Trillium hospital build(s), specifically related to capacity and service needs/changes
- Ensure integration with QRPP, PSC, Strategy, Finance and Human Resources
- Leverage integrated operational insights, best practices, tools (i.e. Epic) and partners (i.e. Partners Community Health, OHTs) capabilities to inform planning priorities & deliverables.

This position will work in partnership with departments across the hospital, while working directly with Senior Leadership and their teams to actively participate in decision making on clinical and corporate operations and initiatives including hospital performance, identifying and presenting opportunities and strategies to improve performance. This will include proactively creating and maintaining relationships with teams and leaders in order to understand program operations, project deliverables, and business processes.

In addition, this position will collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Decision Support to help lead cross-portfolio priorities and will collaborate with other BPO team members to help inform integrate planning requirements. The Manager will support the orientation, training and education of BPO team members on PSC and Cross-Departmental planning initiatives. This role will proactively demonstrate the value of integrated planning across enabling and PSC teams, including supporting the creation of standard leader operating procedures and accountabilities and change management for leaders in the organization.
