**Freshslice Pizza**, Canada’s #1 Pizza by the slice & fastest-growing Franchise is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team based in Vancouver, BC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, coordinate, and supervise the renovation of Freshslice's retail commercial projects from start to finish.
- Monitor the construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
- Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.
- Perform hands-on tasks such as electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work as needed.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, and blueprints using CAD design software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
- Plan and schedule construction operations, ensuring timely completion of each phase.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors, ensuring agreement on terms and budget.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Supervise the work and performance of the team throughout the project, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Regularly assess project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any challenges faced during the project.
- Collaborate with head office and receive dedicated support for project success.
- Foster a fun work environment and contribute to the growth opportunities of the team.
- Participate in full development and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant, warehouse, and commercial building renovation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Physical ability to lift, push, move, and carry light and heavy products, up to 25 lbs.
- Project Manager experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
