**Position Overview**As an expert in Networking, Security, and Cloud technologies, you will lead consultative design and architecture processes from requirements gathering through deployment and operationalization. Your expertise spans ExpressRoute/Peering, VPN, vWAN, Landing Zones, Connectivity, Firewalls, and Security services, with hands-on experience in:

- BGP in Cisco and Juniper environments
- Palo Alto, Fortinet, and/or Checkpoint firewalls in Azure

You have deep Azure infrastructure proficiency, including enterprise architecture, security, networking, deployment, operations, and cost optimization. Azure infrastructure and security certifications are required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Architect and design cloud solutions to meet requirements of customers.
- Implementing secure Azure ExpressRoute (Private/public/Microsoft Peering), Virtual Network Gateways, and Virtual WAN setups within Azure.
- Manages, configures, monitors, updates and operates core network infrastructure for ExpressRoute managed service on routing platforms. Exceptional skills with service provider level peering with BGP.
- Managing deployment and operations of Next-Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto, Juniper SRX, FortiGate, and Checkpoint) as NVAs in Azure.
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation on cloud and network architectures, configurations, and procedures supporting computer networks.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, security protocols, and industry best practices across all cloud and network-related designs.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand networking needs, provide guidance on network infrastructure, and support solutions meeting customer requirements.
- Conducting regular assessments and audits of network systems, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing necessary changes for optimized performance and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving intricate network issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring high network availability.
- Designing, developing, and managing sophisticated cloud architectures aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborating across departments to gather and analyze requirements, offering strategic guidance on network infrastructure and cloud services.
- Evaluating and optimizing network design, capacity, and performance of customer data and communication networks.
- Assessing technical specifications for the interoperability and integration of different vendors' networking equipment.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with telecom service providers and Microsoft technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.

**Job Requirements**
- Requires extensive knowledge of Juniper and Cisco routing equipment. Minimum 5 years hands on technical experience with these platforms including advanced routing protocols including BGP.
- Strong expertise in Networking, Security, and Cloud technologies.
- Deep Azure proficiency, including infrastructure, security, networking, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience with BGP in Cisco and Juniper environments.
- Proficiency with firewalls such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, and/or Checkpoint in Azure.
- Azure infrastructure and security certifications are required.
- Exceptional consulting, design, and solution architecture skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical knowledge effectively to clients.
