Reporting to the Supervisor, Estimating Administration, the Estimating Coordinator will be assisting with sourcing tender opportunities while supporting the estimating team during tender preparation and submission, as well as coordinating related contract administration and procurement functions for awarded projects.

**What You Will Do Here**:

- Analyzes documents, specifications, proposals in preparation for pricing. Maintain Bid Tracking Database Enter and update new bid opportunities into Bid Tracking
- Perform a wide variety of estimating related administrative functions
- Weekly/Monthly reports from Bid Tracking to Managers
- Prepare submission for RFI’s, RFQ’s, RFP’s, Tender calls.
- Download tender documents from various bidding portals.
- Administer Bonding / Security requirements for tendered and awarded projects.
- Coordinate Insurance assessments and Certificates.
- Appropriately distribute documentation upon project award.
- Maintain Project Sheets / Resumes / Company Experience data.
- Substantial Performance / Completion administration.
- Departmental reporting and project file maintenance.
- Mail / courier activities.
- Maintain owner specifications database.
- Support post project analysis and project reconciliation activities.
- Presentations.
- Notice of projects submissions to Ministry of Labour.
- Departmental SharePoint site maintenance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

**What You Bring to The Team**
- Relevant post-secondary education or 1-3 years related work experience.
- Estimating experience in the construction industry an asset.
- Strong computer skills - MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Sound computer skills - MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Acrobat Writer, InDesign, Lotus.
- Strong communicator - verbal and written in both English and French.
- Self-motivated with effective multi-tasking skills.
- Work well in a team environment
- Adaptable to a flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Construction related experience an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
