**Lead Product Manager**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Product Manager to spearhead the product strategy, planning and execution of our proprietary agent platform. As a crucial member of our technology team, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating collaboration among the development team, brokerage operational team, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Your role is central to building a cutting-edge platform that caters to the diverse needs of our real estate professionals, all while ensuring alignment with the company's overarching business objectives. You will act as the voice of the customer, championing the specific needs of our users, and overseeing high-level decision-making, including feature prioritization, release schedules, and the overall direction of the product.

**What’s Involved**

**Requirements Definition**
- Work closely with the brokerage operational team, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define features that improve front and back-end user productivity and satisfaction.
- Create and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

**Product Strategy and Road mapping**
- Lead the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring delivery of a robust and user-friendly agent platform that aligns seamlessly with the company's overarching business objectives.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, driving high-level decisions on feature prioritization, release schedules, and the overall trajectory of our agent platform. Map out dependencies for development sequencing.
- Oversee the development and execution of MRDs and PRDs, articulating feature priorities and justifications, and managing external partnerships and licensing opportunities.
- Champion the product backlog management, prioritizing according to business and customer impact.

**Integrations and Partnerships**
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with third-party vendors to integrate tools and services that enhance the capabilities of our agent platform.
- Manage the technical aspects of integrations in collaboration with the platform development team to ensure seamless functionality.

**Performance Analysis**
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the agent platform's usage, effectiveness, and user satisfaction.
- Direct beta and pilot programs for early-stage products and incorporate feedback into product refinement.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Serve as the intermediary between our development team, operational team, and internal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Act as the voice of the customers (company, agents and employees), passionately advocating for user needs and expectations in all product discussions.

**Stakeholder Communication**
- Regularly communicate updates, progress, and upcoming features to internal teams, including the platform development and operational teams, and real estate agents.
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to create materials that support the successful adoption of new platform features.

**Innovation and User-Centric Design**
- Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to continuously refine the platform roadmap and reflecting current best practices.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring that our platform exceeds the expectations of real estate professionals.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the department and business.

**Talent Specs**
- 5+ years in a product management, engineering, consulting, or a similar role.
- Education in computer science, business, product management.
- Understanding of the real estate industry workflows & challenges faced by real estate agents an asset.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align product initiatives with overall business objectives and market trends.
- Demonstrated success in managing the development and evolution of proprietary platforms.
- Proficient project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of UX principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams to create user-friendly products.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective presentation skills to convey product strategies, updates, and goals to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, set a clear vision, and motivate team members toward common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
- Must work well under pressure to balance and prioritize projects on tight deadlines.
