A high-performing Product Sourcing Manager should be able to develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance sourcing strategies.
**The key areas of responsibility for this position include but are not limited to**:
- Sourcing PPE products from new suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
- Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
- Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Working with Sales, Marketing and Quality teams to ensure that all contracts relating to product procurement contain all details of the negotiation.
- Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
- Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplierselection based on the quotes.
**Product Sourcing Manager Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing processes.
- A minimum of 1 years PPE Product Management or Sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Sound time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- PPE knowledge is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $57,000.00 per year
