Mad Gringo Hot Sauce, a family-run business in operation for 12 years, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our line of hot sauces to both retail and distribution channels. This role requires a dynamic individual who is willing to engage in outdoor events, open new accounts with distributors, and maintain existing accounts with major retailers such as Sobeys and Atlantic Superstore.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development:Actively prospect and identify potential customers, retailers, and distributors to expand our market presence.
Attend outdoor events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase and sell Mad Gringo hot sauces.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Account Management:Manage and maintain existing accounts with major retailers, including Sobeys and Atlantic Superstore, ensuring their satisfaction and ongoing business.
Regularly visit retail locations to monitor stock levels, provide product knowledge training, and address any concerns or issues.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products within existing accounts.

Payment Processing Solutions:Promote and upsell payment processing solutions offered by our group of companies to interested customers.
Collaborate with the payment processing team to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and CRM:Utilize CRM and reporting tools effectively to track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Provide regular reports to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry, is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to make a minimum of 30 sales calls per day.
- Some college education is recommended, but a university degree is not required.
