Providing a 5 Star customer experience is our number one goal, which starts by advising clients on the right hot tub to suit their needs, guides them through the installation process, and assists them understand any ongoing maintenance required, so they can truly enjoy all the benefits of hot tub ownership. Our team has an opening for a Full Time Sales Team member to be located in our Arctic Spas Parksville Showroom and is searching for the best and brightest talent to join our team

**Job Type**: Full-time Salary: $40-80K

**Job Type / Category**

Sales Environment within a Retail Store. Ability to follow up client enquiries to generate revenue, and commissions. Job pays a combination of Base Wage, Commission, Bonuses, and Various Other Performance Incentives.

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**
- Follow up all potential customer leads using company CRM.
- Determine customer needs and recommend the best option.
- Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after-sales service.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved with urgency and good judgment.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions.
- Implement corporate merchandising directives and maintain showroom standards.
- Maintain & strive to exceed sales targets.
- Manage store inventory & maintain daily financial transactions.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Strive to deliver 5 Star customer service
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must work well as a team member
- Sales experience an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
