**Overview of the Position**

The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining Data Integration and Business Intelligence environments and performance upgrades and tunes for performance.

In this role you will participate in the design, development and support of the Company’s Business Analytics and Data Integration frameworks. You will also have the opportunity to provide hands-on technical integration expertise including data modeling, database planning, solution design, building, testing and migrations.

You will work to provide Level 2 support in response to mission critical integration point’s incidents during regular and after hour periods, and work with business partners to define scope, reporting requirements, quality assurance requirements, data acquisition, ETL, schedules, process, and procedures.

**This position is an on-site role, based in our beautiful Home Office, which is located at 475 Panet Road, in Winnipeg.**

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Post-secondary education in computer information systems or statistics****:

- 3-5 years’ experience with scripting views, stored procedures and queries
- Hands-on experience with ETL and Data Integration implementations
- Experience in Database administration
- Experience with ETL process test plan and test cases
- Proficiency in SQL programming
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence Architecture design and experience securely protecting sensitive information sets
- Experience with data consolidation from different data sources
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
