Act First Safety is looking to hire an experienced health and safety trainer to join their growing team. This is our 20th year in business serving the GTA with a diverse group of clients. We are headquartered in an owner/occupied building in central Scarborough with over 380 reviews on Google featuring a 4.9 customer rating.

The applicant should be well-versed in the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Training programs include a combination of Working at Heights, Mobile Elevating Work Platform (scissor/boom lift), Lift Truck, Propane in Construction, Swing Stage and more to choose from (asbestos awareness, confined space, etc.). We currently offer over 20+ training programs and there is an opportunity to grow within Act First Safety through consulting and business development.

**The applicant must have the following**:

- Personal vehicle
- Personal computer
- Willing to travel in the GTA
- Flexible hours
- Experience in a training environment (3+ years ideal)
- All relevant certifications will be discussed during the interview process.

**Part-time hours**: 20-40 per week
