### Job Summary:
We are seeking a Forklift Trainer to join our warehouse team. As a Forklift Trainer, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently training and testing individuals to move, stack, and retrieve materials within the warehouse. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

## Duties:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for new and existing forklift operators.
- Develop and update training materials, including manuals and visual aids.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training programs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain Batteries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a forklift operator with a valid certification.
- Previous training or mentoring experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of forklift operations and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Fluent in English, any other language is benefit.

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
