We are seeking a Production Coordinator to assist us on our growth journey. In this role, you will get the opportunity to collaborate with HR Planning, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory through procedural adherence and minimized disruption to production processes through proactive planning, organizing and scheduling of workers. This role will report directly to our Factory Manager, as a key member to our factory leadership and overall success.

**Starting salary**: $55,000-$60,000

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Create and update the plant schedule to ensure changes are regularly communicated for all employees
- Ensure adequate levels of staffing by analyzing headcount, positions, line labour models with the production team and communicating those needs to the HR team for accurate staffing execution
- Monitor overtime utilization on the production lines and makes necessary adjustments for cost efficiency
- Partner with leaders on attendance and disciplinary tracking for proactive staff planning
- Complete production confirmations accurately and timely (Monday noon EST deadline for all prior week completed)
- End-to-end ownership of all material consumption (including correct quantities, SKUs, and batches)
- Ownership of control checks before, during, and after confirmation activities in SAP
- Collaborate with Planning to resolve issues pertaining to good receipts to ensure all materials are accurately inventoried at time of arrival
- Investigate and resolve inventory and reporting discrepancies to ensure consumption is accurate
- Validate production related control bins daily
- Complete, execute and delivery local and national daily KPI reporting
- Support regional warehouses, co-manufacturers and co-packers with inventory system to system reconciliations and on-site validations
- Conduct audits as required
- Supporting Resources with training on proper system corrections
- Work travel may be necessary Qualifications

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred five or more years of proven exposure in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred knowledge of SAP EWM
- Ability to initiate process improvements through GSTD’s and alternate root cause analysis tools
- Proven ability to establish a high level of trust and respect with both employees and leaders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with all BTB employees and external community members.
- Ability to handle sensitive/employee situations with professionalism, tact and confidentiality
- Ability to self-manage, schedule, and perform work independently without the need for close supervision and direction
- Strong in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must be able to demonstrate ability
- Must be capable of prioritizing work and multitasking on a daily basis
- Ability to vary schedule and work overtime as needed to support counts, internal and external
- Highly detailed-oriented, and analytical minded with a process improvement mindset
- Must display a positive attitude and be open to a fast-paced changing work environment
