**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing our marketing strategies, managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and supporting our overall marketing efforts to promote our programs and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, brochures, and social media content.
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and training sessions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the company website and online presence.
- Assist in creating and managing content for the Catalyst platform, highlighting its connection to our leadership programs.
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the learning and development or education sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.

This is an in-person role located in London, ON non-negotiable.

**Hours & Salary**

Full Time

Hourly rate of pay to be negotiated, starting at $20.00/hour.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
