**Who You Are**:
You are a one-of-a-kind Sales Administrator with a keen eye for accuracy, organization, and detail. If you are well versed in data entry and virtual correspondence, this may be the role for you.

Your mission at CB is to provide support to the Inside Sales Group by directing client inquiries, as well as documentation support for our Sales Coordinators.

You love a challenge and the opportunity to learn new things. Never have you been accused of waiting for work to come to you, if you feel like you are caught up you go out and find new opportunities.

**About the Role**:

- Provide incoming call coverage
- Receive inquiries and qualify opportunities, direct to the appropriate contact or add to appropriate ERP/CRM queues, send customer acknowledgements in a timely manner.
- Create quotation drafts in ERP system (currently Netsuite but soon to be SAP), to funnel to appropriate technical team for review.
- Document control support for Sales Coordinators
- Collect, upload, and assign documents following set procedures to CB’s document control system DocBoss. In addition, assist with document register (SDI) management, submittals, front sheets, and record book creation.
- Upload documentation to various customer FTP sites / Customer Portals (ACONEX or Fusion Live)
- All other duties as assigned from time to time

**Required Experience**:

- 5 years office experience, with sales experience considered an asset.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, and general comfort with new software
- Document control experience considered an asset.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
