**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director Sales and Marketing, as the **Sales Coordinator** you will provide support to the Sales department and facilitate the sales process. You also handle administration, data management and reporting associated with presales and sold showhomes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing and processing sales or change requests, ensuring accuracy of information. Circulating documents to the relevant parties and following up to close deals.
- Verifying and managing Sales team payroll in coordination with the Office Manager.
- Maintaining and updating model prices and schedules in system.
- Liaising with Realtor Partners, managing listings, and updating with changes as needed.
- Assisting the Office Manager with turnover schedules, possession letters and closing packages.
- Performing quality checks on information in system such as deposits, contingency information, addendums and submission of complete packages.
- Collaborating with Sales, Estimating, Design and Construction departments to complete change orders and ensure timely execution of change requests.
- Coordinating with Sales team to resolve client concerns for designs, estimating and suppliers.
- Uploading all relevant information into SharePoint and other programs as assigned.
- Managing lot developer promotions and processing mortgage approvals.
- Analyzing survey submissions and generating reports accordingly.
- A strong communicator; you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and in written communication.

- Mindful; you respect diversity and deal with sensitive situations in high standards of integrity.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint), ERP software (NewStar Sales or similar) and estimating system (BuildPro or similar).
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the New Home Sales industry is preferred.
