We have two options for hire. Hired as a cleaning contractor you will start at 15/hr. if proven to be a good fit you will receive a 2$ raise within the first fourteen shifts. (Majority of our employees are now close to 20$ an hour) If choosing to be hired as an employee starting wage would be 14$ an hour. You will receive a 1$ raise after your first fourteen shifts. We are needing to fill a full time or part time position, depending on the individuals needs. At Modern Maids we believe our employees are our number one asset. We offer bonuses for a job well done. Modern Maids is happy to announce we also offer benefits for dental, prescription coverage, vision ( eye exam only), chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, life and disability insurance.
