**Overview**:
We are currently seeking a Leadman to join our team. The Leadman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a team to ensure efficient and quality operations.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and lead a team of workers in day-to-day operations
- Assign tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Train new employees on job duties and safety procedures
- Monitor productivity and quality standards
- Maintain inventory levels and report any shortages
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 60 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
