North York, Canada Payment Collect LLC Full time

U.S/Canadian company offering a full-time opportunity for a professional, seasoned individual for IT Support. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for installing and supporting our proprietary suite of products across North America. The IT Support will also be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing Internet communication issues, Windows and QuickBooks software issues for a large client base. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned individual who would like to make an impact by working for a small and well established corporation with limited upward mobility.

Successful applicants must be located within the Toronto, Ontario region.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming technical and sales support calls
- Install, configure and troubleshoot our proprietary software on Windows computers
- Identify and repair Windows configuration, corruption and firewall issues
- Program and troubleshoot third party payment processing devices
- Provide training to users on the use of our software
- Facilitate the process of entering new information into our CRM system

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in computer networks, and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Windows, TCP/IP, DNS and Firewall/anti-virus software
- Comfortable being on on the phone for the most part of the day
- Ability to manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Quick learner and be able to follow directions
- Must possess quick analytical skills
- Accounting, QuickBooks, training experience a plus

**Work Hours and Compensation**
- Salary: $60,000 CDN/year
- Working hours are 10 AM to 6M Monday to Friday
- 2 weeks paid vacation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
