The Information Technology (IT) Department aims at providing the best tools, processes, and support to OneOcean internal stakeholders by having a deep understanding of the business and the corporate mission.

As **Salesforce Product Owner**, you are responsible for executing the vision for the product and the product roadmap. You will be responsible for maximizing the business value of Salesforce, anticipate the needs of the business owners and customers.

**Here’s what your day-to-day will look like in this role**:

- You will manage the product roadmap; build, maintain timelines and project plans.
- You will negotiate priorities with various business stakeholders.
- You will partner with internal stakeholders to understand, improve, or replace existing business processes.
- You will propose solutions to business challenges based on your knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
- You must have a deep understanding and proactively seek customer feedback to ensure that requirements are clear.
- You will work closely to ensure teamwork product meets defined acceptance criteria.
- You will inform and participate in business readiness sessions.
- You will also have a strong grasp on the impact of change, translate the approach to manage adoption and clearly communicate these changes to mitigate resistance.

**Requirements**:
**What do we need from you?**
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You are an attentive listener and quickly develop trust.
- 10 years of experience articulating and translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis for a product preferred.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce, working with Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Billing
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- You have experience driving change, giving direction, and improving internal processes.
- You are willing to travel to our different business units when needed.
- Familiarity with highly customized Salesforce instances
- Salesforce Admin Certification & Sales Cloud Consultant are a must.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and CPQ Specialist certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience of maritime transportation is an asset
