**L'opportunité**

Répondre avec succès aux requêtes de la file d'attente du centre d'assistance liées à toutes les activités informatiques de Wajax

**Le rôle**
- Répondre, évaluer et hiérarchiser les requêtes du centre d’assistance provenant des utilisateurs qui ont des problèmes avec le matériel, les logiciels, le réseau et d’autres technologies informatiques.
- Fournir de l’aide par téléphone et en personne aux utilisateurs finaux sur place et de sites distants pour une variété de problèmes. Identifier, rechercher et résoudre les problèmes techniques. Faire le suivi du problème et le contrôle pour s’assurer qu’il soit réglé en temps opportun.
- Offrir de l'assistance avec les impressions pour tous les sites.
- Configurer, personnaliser et disposer les postes de travail pour les utilisateurs de sites distants. Effectuer les mises à niveau ou remplacer les systèmes matériels et logiciels.
- Maintenir, dépanner, installer et réparer des systèmes informatiques, du matériel, des logiciels et des périphériques. Recommander et planifier des réparations. Installer les nouvelles versions des logiciels, les mises à niveau du système et résoudre les problèmes liés aux logiciels.
- Assigner et déléguer des tâches selon la charge de travail.
- Travailler avec des fournisseurs pour offrir une meilleure expérience sur tous les sites.
- Offrir du soutien sur appel après les heures normales au besoin selon des quarts de travail en rotation.
- Aider à coordonner et à maintenir des normes de qualité.
- Respecter les politiques, procédures et lignes directrices du Service informatique.
- Soutenir le changement organisationnel.
- Effectuer des tâches supplémentaires, au besoin.

**Éducation**: Diplôme d’études collégiales ou diplôme universitaire (B. en technologies de l’information)

**Éxpérience de travail**: 1 à 2 années en soutien informatique

**Connaissances**: Expérience avec les systèmes d’exploitation informatiques (Windows XP, 7 et 8); connaissance de la gestion des comptes utilisateurs; connaissance de la gestion des incidents et des requêtes; excellentes aptitudes d’analyse, de dépannage et de communication; doigté de base.
