**What you will be doing**:

- Working closely with the Head Cook to prepare the kitchen, run the line, and close the kitchen down.
- Executing the full menu including the restaurant, catering, as well as the concession items.
- Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures and standard portion sizes.
- Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the menu.
- Ensuring that quality is consistently achieved in all dishes
- Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out.
- Working with a team of cooks.
- Provide and maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment.
- Follow all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Stock various product.
- Assist with maintaining a pre and post event inventory for all kitchen food and product.
