**Responsibilities**:

- Create purchase orders for materials and finished product
- Prioritize and expedite orders
- Manage logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor Syteline purchase order status and investigate and communicate with appropriate area when discrepancies exist
- Ensure invoices have been given to AP for payment after payment has been received
- Process claims for deficient products
- Maintain work instructions and process mapping as required by improvement and alignment projects

**Education**:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Some post-secondary education in customs/export

**Experience**
- 2 - 3 years in experience in Import/Export
- Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Previous experience with ERP software (Syteline) an asset
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
