Logistics & Inventory Support

Flaman Sales Ltd. is seeking a motivated individual for our **_Logistics & Inventory Support_** role in our Grain Systems division in Saskatoon, SK. This person would play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of outgoing shipments, inventory control, and operational support. Working closely with the Logistics & Procurement Manager, this role involves handling outgoing shipments, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, and participating in operational tasks both in the shop and in the field.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inventory Management
- Stock inbound orders and package goods for shipment.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the shop & wash bay.
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate fire suppression screen projects & installation.
- Schedule and track deliveries for various equipment.
- Shipping & Documentation
- Prepare shipping docks and match products with orders.
- Inspect products for quality and proper code dating.
- Manage paperwork and records for shipment.
- Operational Support
- Oversee loading of shipments.
- Conduct quality audits of outgoing items.
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Logistics Assistance
- Perform deliveries using company vehicles.
- Use power and machine tools for mechanical tasks.
**Desired Qualifications & Traits**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, inventory management, or related field is preferred.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Strong organizational & communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work in both the shop & field environments.
