The Programs and Community Initiatives funded by the Calgary Police Youth Foundation focus exclusively on early intervention, crime prevention, risk reduction and education. In any given year, the Calgary Police Youth Foundation supports over 23,000 children. We endeavor to enrich and improve every young life we touch. To achieve this goal, we are hiring a full time Program Planner who will be assigned to the Integrated School Support Program (ISSP) Program Team.

**Program Planner, Integrated School Support Program (ISSP)**:
Reporting to the ISSP Provincial Program Director, the Program Planner is a key member of our team and will be responsible for duties pertaining to contracts, research, analysis, evaluation, and reporting services.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- On-Board Schools to the requirements for evaluation and act as a conduit between schools and UCalgary Evaluation Team
- Provide oversight of the Evaluation Plan delivered by the UCalgary Evaluation Team
- Establish schedule with schools to provide operational data beyond what the Evaluation Plan requires ensuring timely return
- Organise and sort operation data provided by schools to support decision making on resources and priorities
- Compile data to complete progress reports, including Government of Alberta scheduled grant reports and quarterly briefing notes for CPYF Board of Directors and CPS
- Track all gaps for one or more of ISSP essential services and analyse impact (if any) on the fidelity of the Program.
- Maintain Risk Register for ISSP Provincial Program
- Help foster internal working relationships, as well as partnerships with external, multi-disciplinary community agencies, professional associations, and various levels of government

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant education field, such as Social Science, PublicAdministration, or other research focused areas
- Minimum 5 years related experience in applied research
- Must have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
- Experience with Logic Model and Dashboard tools are considered an asset
- Meticulous with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to collaborate well with people and sensitive to the needs of children andfamilies
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- A collaborator that takes pride in getting the job done
- Excellent attention to detail along with outstanding organization and planning skills
- Some travel will be required to attend meetings, site visits and/or events

**Position and Compensation**

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
