GoRight is seeking a Manager, Truck Parts Purchasing to join our team and continue to support the growth of our Supply Chain Organization at our Mississauga, Ontario location.

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, your main responsibilities will be supervising, organizing, and performing the purchasing functions for the Truck parts operation at GoRight. By utilizing your experience and knowledge of truck parts, you will develop purchasing strategies and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers, as well as coordinate effective replenishment of inventories and oversee the purchasing team’s success in their daily activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility for purchase management of truck parts
- Develop and maintain truck parts supplier network
- Coverage and backup for team within other areas of purchasing, as required
- Work independently to develop purchase plans - annual and monthly
- Provide mentorship, coaching and training to direct reports
- Ensure required inventory is available
- Maintain positive relationships with strategic suppliers
- Oversee and hold accountability for performance - fill rates, inventory turns, inventory levels and obsolete/excess inventory
- Develop and deploy business plans
- Ensure appropriate staffing based on skills and workload which includes hiring, training, termination of staff
- Perform regular employee performance reviews which includes developing and maintaining individual career path development programs
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive results through KPI focused management
- Other duties as may be defined

**Requirements**:

- Five (5) years of purchasing, supply chain or work related experience
- Five (5) years of managerial or supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team
- Degree, diploma or experience in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Vast understanding of truck and trailer parts
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with suppliers, customers, and corporate departments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, and with team as required
- Professional appearance and manners
- Proficiency with computers and maintenance management software
- Able to work well under pressure and respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
