**Skills**:

- Proficient in the use of hand tools for snow removal and maintenance tasks.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment effectively.
- Ability to build or repair minor structures related to snow management.
- Experience with landscape maintenance, including digging, irrigating, and gardening tasks.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting and shoveling for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure thoroughness in snow removal efforts.

This position is essential for maintaining safe environments during winter months, requiring dedication and a proactive approach to outdoor maintenance.
