**About the role**:
Sustainalytics’ Product Strategy and Development (PSD) Team is looking for a People Operations Lead to champion the management and implementation of the team’s people functions.

The People Operations Lead will support the PSD team leadership in areas such as employee engagement, development and retention. The Lead will also focus on providing team members with the resources and opportunities they need to thrive within the company. This position covers a broad range of activities such as assisting team’s managers in the implementation of the Morningstar Talent Framework, hiring, or organizing training and team-building initiatives.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the development of 2023 Objectives and Key Results for the team in the area of team health and resilience.
- Identify, develop and implement measures to boost employee engagement and job satisfaction. Analyze results of the quarterly employee engagement survey and ensure that follow-up measures are taken.
- Drive employee development (skills/expertise mapping, development and implementation of capacity building programs, career paths, succession planning).
- Support the team’s managers in implementing processes driven by Talent and Culture (esp. in relation to compensation and performance reviews)
- Actively support hiring as well as team-based employee onboarding processes.
- Lead employee engagement events and initiatives from ideation to implementation (e.g., retreats, social events, collaboration sessions).
- Liaise with the company’s Talent & Culture and Learning & Development and the People's Team to understand the Morningstar Talent Framework as well as relevant HR initiatives, processes and tools.
- Continuously assess team needs and gaps and support PSD leadership in implementing adequate measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee relations, human resources, or business operations.
- Masters or Bachelors degree in a related field.
- Certification in Change Management or Process and/or Project Management is a plus.
