**BUT DU POSTE**:
Soutenir l'équipe de projet, pour assurer la sécurité du projet, l'assurance qualité en coordonnant toutes les activités de qualité et de sécurité tout au long du projet, principalement axé sur les principaux composants

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**Qualité client**
- Être l'interface avec les équipes qualité et sécurité du Client et inter-site Alstom

**Qualité du projet**
- Contribuer à l'évaluation de la criticité des sous-systèmes pour assurer le bon niveau de sécurité et d'assurance qualité ainsi que les activités d'inspection pour tous les CTQ identifiés.
- Être l'interface privilégiée au sein de l'équipe projet pour tous les métiers Qualité nécessaires au projet (Engineering EQ, Industrial IQ et Supplier SQ)
- Guider les équipes de projet dans la compréhension des contributions de la qualité au projet.
- Animer et coordonner la communauté qualité projet (système et sous-systèmes)
- Assurer une sensibilisation à la qualité sur les activités de qualité prévues pour le projet et organiser si nécessaire des formations de qualité
- Soutenir sur demande les audits de projet, les examens et l'approbation des systèmes de qualité des fournisseurs et la conformité des audits

**Contrôles d'exécution du projet**
- Soutenir les équipes de projet et le PM pour préparer les revues de projet et suivre les plans d'action associés
- S'assure que tous les aspects sécurité produit ont ete integres dans les jalons et le processus est respecte
- Signaler les alertes qualité et sécurité et gérer les non-conformités et les problèmes de sécurité
- S'assurer de la qualité des modifications apportées au cours du projet
- S'assurer que l'évaluation de la sécurité est correctement mise en œuvre (c'est-à-dire : examen de la sécurité) et préparer l'autorisation de sécurité.
- Contrôler la conformité des livrables du projet par le biais d'inspections et d'audits - pour autoriser la présentation/livraison au client
- S'assurer que tous les REX de tous les métiers ont été pris en compte dans les Risques & Opportunités et suivre de près pour prévenir l'occurrence
- Veiller à gérer avec l'equipe qualite fournisseur interne et externe une bonne synchronisation et suivi des activités GO Production et FAI, par rapport au SPL (Supplier Part List) dans le cadre du RAMS
- Est le propriétaire de la liste des produits achetes (SPL) et s'assure que la liste est correctement créée par chaque sous-système et les jalons de qualification respectes
- Assurer et améliorer la qualité des appels d'offres pendant la phase d'appel d'offres sur demande

**Mesurer et améliorer la performance qualité des projets**:

- Faciliter la résolution de problèmes pendant la phase d'exécution du projet pour réduire les coûts de non-qualité (8D, REX et évolution des normes)
- Améliorer l'efficacité des équipes qualité pour réduire les coûts de fonctionnement
- Assurez-vous que les parties prenantes concernées sont incluses dans le processus de résolution des problèmes du client (si nécessaire).
- Mettre en place un système efficace d'actions correctives et préventives
- Fournir un support pour les rapports périodiques d'avancement par le biais d'indicateurs de qualité et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration
- Selon l'organisation locale, le PrQSM pourrait également superviser les activités de qualité industrielle, QMS et SQA.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:

- Baccalauréat en ingénierie
- 10 ans d’expérience minimum dans la fonction qualité projet avec une expérience de gestion des outils Qualité et résolution de problèmes d’au moins 5 ans
- Sensibilisation sur les processus et les produits livrés dans le cadre du projet
- Expérience en audit, un atout
- Expérience en gestion de projet, un atout
- Connaissance du domaine ferroviaire ou autre domaine connexe (aérospatial, automobile, manufacturier industriel)
- Connaissance des normes IRIS, un atout
- Excellente communication et interface avec les parties prenantes (clients externes ou internes)
- Francais courant obligatoire et Anglais courant recommande
- Le poste requiert d’être mobile avec de probables déplacements chez nos fournisseurs, Client et partenaires locaux ou internationaux.
