Asset based logistics company is currently in search of a Logistics Sales Consultant to join our team and grow their book of business. As a logistics company, our ongoing challenge is establishing new customers while servicing our established ones.

**Must have skills and traits we are looking for**:
® Computer literate and able to learn quickly

® Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry such as freight or logistics

® Detail oriented and able to prioritize

® Efficient on the phones

® Fluent English (written & verbal)

® Able to work under pressure

® Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability

® Excel in a fast-paced work environment

® Customer service

® Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

® Organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines under stress

® Ability to multitask efficiently

® Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

® Excellent communication and negotiation skills

® Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers

® Experience in account management is preferred

® Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) is a plus

**Daily tasks as a Logistics Sales Representative**:
® Cold calling

® Account Management

® Quoting / Pricing

® Booking freight with sub-contractors

® Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

® Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote company products and services

® Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

® Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

® Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
