**You MUST be a recent graduate (last 3 years) with a university/college degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications, or a related discipline.**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.)
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content (e.g. written, graphical and video)
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales
- Manage influencers & brand ambassadors across multiple social media platforms

**Requirements**:

- *You MUST be a recent graduate (last 3 years) with a university/college degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications, or a related discipline**.**:

- 3+ years of experience in social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to create and curate engaging content
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Salary**: $52,000.00 per year
