**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Work closely with a team of technical support representatives to efficiently prioritize and resolve issues affecting products and systems used by our customer base.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement through the design, development, and implementation of support processes, systems, and technology to enhance the technical support function.
- Grow our long-term relationship with our customer base by providing outstanding customer support.
**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role, ideally in satellite or wireless communication companies.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Excellent communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work after-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Superb analytical and logical troubleshooting skills.
**Additional Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience and understanding of object-oriented programming and dynamic scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, Ruby, Python and especially Lua;
- Experience with SQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL preferred.
- Experience with containers and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of electronics, circuit design, and satellite and wireless communication systems.
- Embedded software and hardware development or troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with IoT solutions or terrestrial communication systems.
