REPORTS TO: Manager Client Services

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

- Must have the ability to make decisions and solve problems in order to get results for customers. Co-ordinates actions with client, sales and other RRD departments such as warehouse, plants and operations.
- Handling new, change and exact repeat order activities, including production order entry, pricing and copy folder preparation
- Interfacing with external customers providing proofs, approvals, and information
- Handle Release Entry, Pathfinder Maintenance, Mpower entries, CustomPoint, RMS maintenance and CustomBuy.
- Responsible for Inventory Management, Reporting and Reorder Process.
- Responsible for entry of CQT's -ISR’s -CMF and following through to completion.
- Provides recommendations to customer or sales on transformation opportunities to maximize cost efficiency.
- Liaison with plants, warehouse, sales support team to ensure service level agreements are met/exceeded and creates customer reports to monitor service level performance
- Manage all Customer Inquiries, resolve all Invoicing Issues and provide order status Expediting and following up on orders, releases and other customer requirements
- Direct contact with internal and external customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma required, with post-secondary education in business preferred.
- 3 - 5 years experience in print industry in a similar role or account coordinator role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills, demonstrated verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, organization and industry practices
- Self-motivated, ability to thrive in self directed work team environment.
