**Job Description**:
Being part of a dynamic group where team spirit is at the forefront, the Service Representative is responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by understanding the business needs of customers and provide solutions to meet those needs. Proactively identify potential issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem.
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.
- Enter details into our internal platform to dispatch orders to carriers.
- Dispatch work orders received from customer to carriers based on vendor capacity and allocation.
- Record and maintain transactions as they happen.
- Track and trace the containers and communicate with carriers.
- Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional service.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-5 years of experience in an operations/logistics capacity.
- Educational background in logistics/operations/supply chain, is an asset.
- Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and work under pressure towards deadlines.
- Ability to access, retrieve, format data using various business systems and produce standard/nonstandard reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attentive to detail.
- Verbal and written communication in both French & English is key in this role.
- A proven history of building trusted relationships with both customers and sales.
