We are looking for a Client Concierge to join our #1 ranked award-winning team. In this role, you will work alongside a team of real estate professionals to deliver excellence at all interactions. The duties of this job will include maintaining the company service standards to provide a consistently superior client experience at all levels.

You will be one of the first people a client or agent will see upon entering our new downtown Burlington office, greeting everyone with a smile and a kind word. You will provide outstanding customer experience to clients, agents and leadership. First impressions count.

To become a Concierge, you will need:

- Good organizational ability
- A good sense of humor, enthusiasm and positive energy
- To be very friendly, caring and patient
- An outgoing personality, common sense and excellent communication skills
- To be a good decision maker and think quickly to resolve any issues.
- The ability to work well in a team
- Excellent phone skills and loves being on the phone
- To be computer savvy
- To be a relationship builder and advocate
- To be polished and have a professional presence as an extension of our brand
- Confident & assertive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
