**What you'll do**:
Under the supervision of management, the PE Coach will assist in ensuring the department’s training goals are met while still assuming a productive role on the floor by coaching, leading, mentoring and motivating departmental team members.
- Take the lead on Health and Safety by ensuring PE drivers are performing in a safe manner
- Ensure all operators are trained on current job processes and procedures and training is up to date
- Maintain, track and update training data using database and excel tools, with regards to training goals and new training
- Review existing and previous data to ensure all PE licenses are up to date
- Schedule PE DTs to run training for team members
- Provide on the floor support to all team members at all times
- Train all new team members and provide retraining when necessary
- Assist in other departments/areas and other duties as required
- Promote a safety culture amongst all employees by adhering to safety guidelines, be a noticeable ambassador for safety in all words and actions

**What you bring**:

- Currently hold class 2 & 3 Power Equipment Certification and must have completed Power Equipment Safety Course successfully
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to provide clear instruction to others
- Show initiative towards maintaining a safe working environment and recognizes Health and Safety as a top priority
- Demonstrates effective leadership skills and exhibits a positive attitude, great work ethic, patience and a sense of urgency
- Computer skills with the ability to generate reports on a regular basis
- Has the ability to coach, lead, mentor and motivate staff
