**Fraserview Retirement Community** has been an active member of the Richmond community for well over 45 years While the original building no longer exists, our new building is beautiful, welcoming and a truly wonderful place for our team to work and our residents to call home. Fraserview is home to 199 residents who live in 14 distinct neighbourhoods.
We are looking for cheerful temporary Visitation Aides who are passionate about caring for our senior residents and will be the first point of contact for visitors to our home.

**What You Will Do**
- Provide reception services to residents and guests at the front desk, including ensuring the reception area is kept tidy, and fully stocked with supplies
- Follow defined procedures for admitting guests and other visitors into the building
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate departments or responding to telephone inquiries
- Support with administrative duties, including filing, data input, copying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with meal service and clean up: setting tables, serving beverages, clearing dishes
- Provide high-touch cleaning to common areas utilizing infection control measures
- Assisting laundry teams in neighborhood lane laundry rooms
- Sorting, organizing and delivering care supplies to various locations around the Home
- Maintain the safety and security of the home by following site procedures
- Other tasks required to support the effective operation of the Home
**Your Qualifications - The Must Have’s**
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Friendly, outgoing, and have the capacity to work cooperatively with others
- Patience, kindness, compassion towards Residents, their families, and guests
- Must successfully pass the prescribed criminal records check for the vulnerable sector and provide proof of Covid vaccinations
