As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients. You will have the opportunity to assist customers with their inquiries, analyze their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, your strong data entry skills will enable you to accurately input customer information into our system. Your job responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responding to all inquiries by customers, terminals and other departments relating to shipment status.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on billing adjustments requested by branches or customers.
- Assist in locating lost shipments and completing disposition.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide internal support to the Sales Department.
- And other duties as assigned.
- Must have strong, clear communication skills both verbal and written, in both official languages (English & French).
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, including demonstrated ability to communicate in a concise and persuasive manner with internal and external customers.
- Expert at multi-tasking, effectively managing changing priorities and follow up.
- Proactive, able to identify potential issues, and to implement solutions.

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
