**Content Creator and Event Specialist Job Opportunity at Conlon Motorsports**

**About Us**: Conlon Motorsports, a family-owned dealership and an authorized dealer for Kawasaki, CFMoto, Polaris, Sherco, and Forest River, is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator. We pride ourselves on our excellent atmosphere and competitive pay plan, ensuring a friendly and positive work environment.

**Role Overview**: You will be responsible for shooting videos, maintaining social media posts, and attending all events for our three store locations in St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, and Leduc. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in event coordination, video content creation and social media management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media and promotional use.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, posting regularly to engage with followers and promote the dealership.
- Attend all dealership events to capture content and provide on-site support.
- Set up and assist in the coordination of events, ensuring smooth execution and effective content capture.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments, google reviews and adjust content strategies based on analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation.
- Maintain an organized media library of all content created.

**What You Bring**:

- Proficiency in video shooting and editing.
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, and Leduc, and attend all events.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds

**Additional Requirements**:

- Comfortable on camera.
- Familiarity with video editing tools like Premiere Pro and Capcut.
- Experience creating engaging social media content.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Portfolio showcasing applicable video content.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
