**Job Overview**

**As ATB’s next Team Member Tech Asset Analyst**, your responsibilities include configuring, imaging, and deploying laptops or desktops to meet the company's standards and requirements. You play a vital role in fulfilling device requests, ensuring our Team Members have reliable and efficient computing devices for their tasks. Your focus is on delivering exceptional support and service experiences while managing hardware and peripheral requests.

Additionally, you are tasked with structuring and organizing work that contributes to end-user hardware inventory and asset lifecycle management. This involves developing and maintaining knowledge articles and content for common inquiries and critical processes. Collaboration with peers, strategic partners, and stakeholders is crucial in establishing trust-based relationships that deliver value-driven solutions.
- Providing exceptional team member support and service experiences throughout the fulfillment of hardware and peripheral requests.
- Structuring and organizing work that contributes to end-user hardware inventory and asset lifecycle management.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge articles and content for common inquiries and critical processes.
- Collaborating with peers, strategic partners, and stakeholders to establish trust-based relationships that deliver value-driven solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Post secondary education in IT Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Technical certifications or relevant coursework in IT-related fields are a plus
- ITIL V4 Foundations
- Working knowledge in supporting organizational hardware through troubleshooting and lifecycle maintenance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant organizational IT support work experience
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, MacOS
- Familiarity with imaging software and deployment tools (SCCM, Workspace One UEM,BitLocker etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with IT Service Management Platforms (ServiceNow)
