The Mental Health and Addictions Program of Niagara Health encompasses an array of inpatient and outpatient mental health services as well as residential and community addiction services. The program is currently seeking a manager responsible for the program's outpatient services that will foster an environment of clinical excellence, innovation and collaboration.
Reporting to the Director of Mental Health and Addictions the Manager of Outpatient Services will be responsible for providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team for both adult as well as child and adolescent services at multiple sites.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or other healthcare professional degree; Master's degree preferred.
- Current registration with relevant regulatory body and membership in applicable professional association.
- Minimum of 2 years related leadership experience in Mental Health & Addictions.
- Recent Clinical experience within the last 5 years in a mental health and/or addictions setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of program design, evaluation and quality improvement.
- Sound analytical skills for conceptualizing, developing and executing a wide variety of projects.
- Demonstrated program management skills that include budgets, systems development, policies and procedures, standards of practice.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in program administration and project management.
- Thorough knowledge of models of care, theory, and practice in both the Mental Health and Addictions Field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal presentation).
- Must possess a valid driver's license as inter-site travel is required
- Demonstrated commitment to continuing education
- Demonstrated commitment to the vision, mission and values of Niagara Health
- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset
- Consistent and regular attendance required.
