**Required Qualifications**
- MD, CCFP
- Current licensure or eligible for full licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
- ACLS & PALS

**Preferred Qualifications**
- CCFP-EM or FRCPC
- ATLS
- Procedural Sedation

**Remuneration/Hours**

In accordance with the provincial contract
- As per the negotiated agreement with Doctors Manitoba and Shared Health
- A 1.0 EFT permanent position consists of 1400 hours per year
- A 0.75 EFT position consists of 1050 hours per year and ends on August 31, 2023
- A 0.50 EFT position consists of 700 hours per year and ends on April 1, 2023 but may extend longer

**Description**

Interested physicians should indicate which term posting they are interested in and submit a CV with attention to ED training (example CCFP-EM), experience, up-to-date information regarding certification in PALS, ACLS and ATLS. Please also provide the names of three references we may contact.

Brandon University has a significant reputation in music, general arts and science programs. Assiniboine Community College provides a wide range of education options (which includes the Institute of Culinary Arts), and we also have Robertson College and the Manitoba Emergency Services College.

Cottage country/camping recreation is second to none with Riding Mountain National Park one hour North, the International Peace Gardens situated on the Manitoba/North Dakota border just over an hour to the south and Spruce Woods provincial park 30 minutes to the West. Brandon’s enthusiastic volunteer base lands many provincial, national and international events. With a population increase of 5%, it is a vibrant community in which to live, work and play.
