The Logistics Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the optimization of inventory management, transportation scheduling, and load management processes for both Wholesale and Direct to Consumer logistics teams. This role will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency and performance within the supply chain.

**Inventory Management**:
Analyze inventory levels, turnover rates, and demand patterns to optimize stock levels.

Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.

Collaborate within the function and cross-functionally to review and plan proper deployment of inventory to fortify orders and deliver on targeted fill rates.

Monitor and report on close to expiry, long and short inventory.

**Transportation and Load Management**:
Assist with the coordination and monitoring of inbound and outbound loads, ensuring cost-effective and on-time delivery.

Assist in the optimization of lanes, carrier selection, and load consolidation to minimize transportation costs.

Monitor carrier performance and resolve any transportation-related issues.

**Analyze and report on transportation KPIs.**

Leading and Lagging Measures:
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate logistics performance.

Analyze leading and lagging measures to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Assist in the implementation of corrective actions and process enhancements to drive performance improvement.**

**Data Analysis**:
Utilize systems and software to extract, transform, and visualize data.

Generate reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.

Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

**Process Improvement**:
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce costs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Monitor the impact of process changes and make adjustments as necessary.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, and transportation analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
