**Job Summary**

We are seeking a **Project Administrator** to join our team This individual will report to the Design/Build Manager and will utilize your expertise in administration and document control to help the project teams adhere to defined project schedule. Tasks involve assisting the team in project administration, communication with clients, consulting engineers, and subcontractors. This is a perfect opportunity for you to grow your expertise and participate in large-scope projects.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Direct incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Book and coordinate meetings and create and distribute meeting minutes
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, room schedules, project spreadsheets and documents
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, events and meetings
- **Support site and office teams in all administrative functions**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Two to four years of administrative experience
- Strong focus on customer service
- The ability to quickly develop working relationships with a broad range of individuals, both internally and externally
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Accounting, Document Control and previous experience at a Consulting or Construction Firm is an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
