Le bureau Avionique situé avenue Marie-Curie à Montréal constitue le centre de compétences du Groupe Thales pour les commandes de vol électriques des avions d’affaires et de transport régional. L'équipe conçoit et intègre des suites avioniques, des systèmes de commandes de vol électriques, des systèmes de communications par satellite ainsi que d'autres concepts innovants destinés aux marchés des avions d’affaires et de transport régional.

The Avionics office in Marie-Curie, Montreal is Thales Group’s Centre of Competence for business and regional jet flight control systems is located at our Montreal - Marie Curie office. The team designs and integrates avionics suites, fly-by-wire flight control systems, SATCOM systems and other innovative concepts for the regional and business aircraft markets.

En tant que membre clé de l’équipe des finances, le contrôleur financier adjoint sera activement impliqué dans toutes les activités comptables et financières.

Le poste aura également la responsabilité de participer aux principales activités financières des pays pour Canada et d’aider l’équipe des finances avec toute autre tâche financière du pays au besoin sous la supervision du contrôleur financier.

Le contrôleur financier adjoint agira en tant que partenaire commercial financier pour soutenir les équipes des finances, de la gestion, et d'encadrement dans diverses tâches, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter : la planification et l’analyse financières, la budgétisation, les prévisions, l’analyse des écarts, le suivi des projets, la réalisation de rapports périodiques et les tâches générales du programme identifiées par la direction de Thales.

**Fonctions essentielles / Principaux domaines de responsabilité**

**COMPTABILITÉ FINANCIÈRE ET REPORTING**
- Aider à la fonction de comptabilité pour l’unité respective
- Veiller à ce que les politiques et procédures de comptabilité et de reporting de Thales soient conformes aux principes IFRS
- Assurer l’exactitude des informations financiers à Thales Corporate dont le siège est à Paris, en France
- Aider à fournir des conseils sur le traitement comptable des exigences opérationnelles complexes
- Recommander, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des changements dans les rapports financiers, les procédures comptables et les contrôles internes pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle
- Aider à assurer l’efficacité et l’efficience des systèmes financiers et des outils d’établissement de rapports. Assurer l’intégrité de SAP pour soutenir la fiabilité des rapports financiers (plan comptable, domaines fonctionnels, maintenance des centres de coûts, flux de travail d’approbation, etc.)
- Participer à la production et à la validation des états financiers de l’entreprise conformément aux principes IFRS et à la méthodologie de Thales ainsi qu’aux PCGR canadiens pour les comptes statutaires locaux, le cas échéant
- Aider à la préparation des états financiers, des tableaux supplémentaires et des rapports; s’assurer qu’ils sont exacts, valides et complets dans les délais prescrits
- Soutenir les principales parties prenantes grâce à un leadership inter fonctionnel et au renforcement des capacités : Établir et maintenir des relations solides à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de l’organisation (CANADA, Siège social, autres) afin d’assurer une collaboration solide, de rehausser le profil de l’entreprise et de ses projets clés, et de tirer parti des opportunités émergentes du CORP

**TRÉSOR**
- Assist and coordinate Transfer Pricing documentation for the unit with Country Tax Lead and Tax Controller
- Maintain tax documentation in respect of procedures, filing requirements, returns and statements
