_**Commercial Renovation & Maintenance Journeyman Red Seal Carpenter required**_.

Our focus is on commercial renovations & maintenance projects.

The applicant must have the ability to work in all facets of carpentry. From minor concrete to acoustical ceilings. Mostly local projects with some out-of-town work, some evening work is also required.

We are a COR certified company who offers benefits and competitive wages.

Must have good people skills. Computer skills an asset.

Must be capable of carpentry duties such as, but not limited to.

Millwork modifications, repairs and replacements
General carpentry requirements
Hardware replacement and repairs
Interior/exterior door repair/replacement including hardware and closures
Minor repair/replacement of vinyl composite, carpet tiles

Drywall patching and painting
T-bar ceiling repairs and ceiling tile replacement
Smaller concrete projects
Familiar with both wood and steel stud wall systems

Capable of interpreting blueprints

Must have a clean criminal record.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Familiarity with principals of COR is an asset.
