Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize efficiency
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that arise
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and reduce costs

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and best practices
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- warehouse management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
