**SAIL Laval **is hiring a **full-time Assistant Department Manager **for the **Cash and Customer Service** department.

**Must be fluent in French**

As a **member of the management team**, you act as a leader by inspiring and guiding your team towards achieving store goals. In your role as **supervisor**, you are a reference in terms of customer service and your involvement consists of:

- Manage cash register and customer service operations,
- Ensure compliance with the Explore+ program, transactional policies and procedures as well as exchange and return policies,
- Mobilize, empower and develop the team by sharing the vision of the company and the management team,
- Are you a reference in terms of **customer service**?
- Are you a **leader** capable of **mobilizing**your team through your transparency and positivity in order to achieve daily objectives?
- You show **adaptability** and act as an **agent of change** in your team?
- You know how to get **results** and achieve **goals**?
