**Responsibilities**:
As the GGB-Canada Practice Marketing Specialist, you will be reporting to the AVP of Product and Practice Marketing, in support of the development and execution of Gallagher’s practice and product marketing initiatives in Canada.

You will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives and act as a primary marketing point of contact for Gallagher’s Canadian Practice Leads and Managing Directors Responsibilities include the development and coordination of Practice-related marketing initiatives and campaigns, associated timelines and resources (internal and external), content distribution, measurement and analysis of Practice-related initiatives for efficiency, general project management and additional marketing initiatives as assigned. In addition, this role will require service oriented and an adaptable approach; optimistic demeanor and strong organization skills.

- Event and webinar management including the signature Gallagher Talks
- Market Report coordination
- External client communications for Practice Groups (marketing cloud)
- Small design requests from Marcomms colleagues
- Other duties as assigned by the AVP, Practice and Product Marketing, SVP Sales and Business Development or VP of Marketing and Communications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and 3 year related experience required
- Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Insurance marketing and communications experience a plus
- SalesForce experience a plus
