**THE ROLE**
Under the supervision of the Mess Manager, the Mess Clerk assists in planning, organizing and coordinating administrative procedures for the Mess office. They answer and respond to incoming phone calls or direct inquiries to the appropriate person. They balance petty cash and all monies from mess dues and accounts receivable, type and process all correspondence and perform administrative duties. The Mess Clerk is responsible for ensuring forms with respect to membership in/out clearance are completed and processed.
**QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED** Education, Certifications and Licenses**

High school diploma AND several years of experience in administration or in a related field

**Experience**

In office administration

In bookkeeping

**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**
English Essential / Bilingual (English and French) an asset
